Full Moon Meditation Class 

Join me on Sunday, March 5th as we meditate and reflect together under the full moon. In this one-hour Zoom event, I'll lead you through soothing breathwork and a guided meditation that focuses on grounding and finding inner safety & peace.

I'll then lead you through a journaling activity that, in the spirit of the full moon, focuses on letting go and shedding what we no longer need. Please bring a journal and pen!

This event is open to everyone! Join us from wherever you are in the world.

  • All ticket-buyers will receive a recording of the workshop within 48 hours of the event. If you aren’t able to attend, you will still receive the recording! 

  • I will not make you turn on your cameras, go into breakout rooms, or talk! Your comfort is top priority.
